Recruiting the right people

Discover practical guidance, expert insights, tools and seminars to help you recruit the right people in adult social care.

Our campaign aims to help employers build more diverse workforces, understand how to use values-based recruitment approaches and create welcoming environments that make people want to stay.

The Workforce Strategy for Adult Social Care highlights the need to improve our approach to recruiting people and the importance of attracting a more diverse workforce and building great working environments that retain staff.

Through approaches like values-based recruitment, we can make sure we’re introducing the right people to our sector and avoid workforce shortages. And, by creating the best possible conditions for our workforce, we can make sure people want to remain in social care long term.
